How does Tell A Friend Work?
Tell A Friend is simple and easy. Simply fill out the form, including your friends' first names and e-mail addresses, include an optional, personal note from you, and we'll send a short and sweet message with a special Invitation Code that drives a 10% discount - to your referrals.

If your referrals place an order at www.namesecure.com using the Invitation Code we give them, we will track the referral to your account, and credit your NameSecure® Rewards account with $1 for each referred transaction.

Your NameSecure® Rewards balance will automatically be applied to your next NameSecure order - for new domains, transferred domains, renewed domains or E-mail Services.*

What offer do you make to the people I refer?
NameSecure will send a special Invitation Code to the people you refer, which entitles them to receive 10% off their NameSecure order. All your referred people have to do is enter the Invitation Code into the Shopping Cart. The resulting discount is shown below.

That same Invitation Code will also be used to track the sale back to you, so that you get the $1 credit in your NameSecure Rewards account.

How can I see a sample message?
Below is a sample message of what will be sent to each of your referred people. It will be customized to include your name, as well as the personal message you type into the form (optional) - instead of the sample one shown here.

What are NameSecure® Rewards?
NameSecure Rewards is an account balance credit that will be automatically applied to your next NameSecure order, regardless of what it's for. You don't have to do anything to have your NameSecure Rewards automatically applied toward your next order. Just go to www.namesecure.com, log in so we know who you are, and if you make a purchase during that session, your NameSecure Rewards balance will be deducted from your Shopping Cart. *

You can see your NameSecure Rewards account balance when you log into the My Account manager. If you have a positive balance (credit) in your NameSecure Rewards, you will see a message near the top of the page showing you your NameSecure Rewards balance. If you do not see a NameSecure Rewards statement, you do not have a balance in your NameSecure Rewards account.

How do I use my NameSecure® Rewards?
Your NameSecure Rewards will be automatically deducted from your next NameSecure order. Just make sure that you log into My Account manager before you purchase - so we know who you are. We will automatically apply any positive balance (credit) you have in your NameSecure Rewards account toward your next transaction, up to the total amount of your purchase (you cannot use NameSecure Rewards to get cash back, or apply NameSecure Rewards against past orders).

How many people can I refer?
There is no limit to the number of people you can refer for the NameSecure Tell A Friend campaign. So that we can keep our advertisements to a minimum, NameSecure asks that you only refer people whom you feel would be interested in our services, and interested in receiving a 10% discount.

Do I have to refer friends or family?
No, you can refer anyone you wish. However, the Tell A Friend campaign is designed as a service to help people who may be interested in NameSecure services, and offer a discount to try us out.

Can I refer the same person twice?
Yes. If your friend loses the e-mail or you accidentally enter the address incorrectly you can return to the Tell A Friend page and re-enter it.

How many times do you send e-mail to the people I refer?
For each referral, we only send one (1) e-mail. NameSecure does not believe in spamming our customers, or our prospective customers. So, we honor that belief by only sending one message each time someone is referred.

We also do NOT store your referred people's names and e-mail addresses for future marketing initiatives, so you can be sure you are not inviting spam to your referred people.

Again, NameSecure welcomes people that you think will be interested in our services and would welcome a 10% discount for trying a service that you feel good about. Help us keep a lid on spam e-mails by only recommending people that you think fit that criteria.

Can I get NameSecure Rewards if I am a visitor and not a NameSecure Customer?
No. NameSecure Rewards are only offered (1) to NameSecure customers who authenticate themselves (log in) to NameSecure so that they are identified as customers, and (2) the Invitation Code sent in the e-mail to the referred party is redeemed in the subsequent purchase.

* NameSecure® Rewards are only available to current NameSecure customers, and can only be used as credit towards future NameSecure® orders (for new, transferred or renewed domain name registrations or other NameSecure® services). NameSecure Rewards cannot be redeemed as cash, refunded, or used towards prior NameSecure purchases. NameSecure reserves the right to withhold or remove any NameSecure Rewards in its sole discretion, or for fraudulent misuse as deemed solely by NameSecure®. NameSecure reserves the right to change or cancel this program at anytime without notice.
